Aim and content
The aim of the course is to promote responsible conduct of research. It will provide the participants with tools to handle issues regarding research integrity and responsibility in their daily work. The participants will be invited to engage in questions regarding how to think and act in the huge grey zone area of scientific conduct that is not regulated. The participants will be invited to think about how to prevent problems from occurring by means of good research collaboration.

Participants are expected to read chapters 2 and 3 in the e-book RCR – A Danish textbook for courses in Responsible Conduct of Research (Jensen,  Andensen, Whiteley & Sandøe (eds.):

Remarks
Seminar Director is Professor Peter Sandøe (SUND/SCIENCE).

Named persons from SCIENCE and representatives from UCPH-Information Security Unit will participate in the course.

Please, note that it is mandatory for principal PhD supervisors to have participated in the SCIENCE or SUND Seminar on Responsible Conduct of Research.
