Aim and content
Please note
This course was set to be offered during the NorDoc Summit 2020. The NorDoc Summit 2020 has been cancelled this year due to the covid-19 situation however, the PhD courses will still go on.

This generic course is reserved for PhD students at the Graduate School of Health and Medical Sciences at UCPH and NorDoc PhD students. Content
The course is the perfect media training for researchers. The participants have a unique opportunity to learn how research, communication and media can work together – without compromising the objectivity of the research.

The participants learn to translate their research into a format that everyone can understand. They learn to stand up and communicate their research, a competency that, when mastered, gives a valuable lead in all communication contexts.

Mini Media School takes place over three sessions
Session 1: Discover the good story in your scientific findings - and learn how to write it.

Session 2: Get the courage to participate in the public debate and become an expert in the digital media landscape.
