PhD students/Employees at UCPH

If you are an employee or PhD student at the University of Copenhagen, please follow these directions to log in:

• If you have applied for courses before start by clicking on the link ’Login for PhD students at UCPH’ at the top right-hand corner using your UCPH-ID (abc123) and your password and then you can apply.
• It is important that you use the same UCPH ID as to PhD Planner so the courses will be transferred correctly to your PhD planner profile.

Persons NOT employed/enrolled as PhD at UCPH and MSc students

If you are not enrolled or employed at the University of Copenhagen, or if you are a MSc student, you will be registered as a user, when you sign-up for your first course through the course catalogue. The first time you apply for a course a profile will be created for you. Start by finding the course you want to apply for and enter your e-mail and then click “Next”.

It is very important that you use the same email every time you apply for a course or log on.

If you have been enrolled in one of our courses previously, you are already registered as a user, and can log in as follows:

1. Click on the link “Login for others” at the top right-hand corner.
2. Enter your e-mail in the field "Username", and your password. If you don’t know or remember your password, use the “Forgot password”-function at the bottom of the page.
