We will announce the courses for Basic Statistics on Friday 05 December 2025 at 10:00.

Please note that all the Basic Statistics for Researchers courses are taught in English from now on.

Please note that if you are enrolled in one of the courses, you will be removed from the waiting list on the other courses. (However, you can be enrolled in both Introduction to R and Basic Statistics for R).

The courses that will be announced are:

• Basic Statistics for Health Researchers (10 weeks) - Class 0, 1, 2 and 3 
  
  
• Introduction to R for Basic Statistics – Enrolment priority for this course is reserved for students registered for the course “Basic Statistics for Health Science Researchers” (with the nearest starting date). Registration deadlines for the Introduction to R courses are synchronized with the Basic Statistics for Health Researchers (10 weeks) courses and Basic Statistics for Health Researchers (6 weeks) course, respectively. Therefore, all applicants will be put on the waiting list until enrolment deadline.

Please note that the Basic Statistics for Health Researchers courses have the same lecture hours but the exercise classes 0, 1, 2, 3 take place at different times.

All classes: Lectures: Tuesdays: 17, 24 February, 3, 10, 17, 24 March, 7, 14, 21, 28 April 2026, taught live all days 10.00-13.00 followed by an optional one hour live questions and answers session 13.00-14.00.

Class 0: Exercise hours: Wednesdays: 18, 25 February, 4, 11, 18, 25 March, 8, 15, 22, 29 April 2026, all days 12.00-15.00

Class 1: Exercise hours: Wednesdays: 18, 25 February, 4, 11, 18, 25 March, 8, 15, 22, 29 April 2026, all days 15.00-18.00

Class 2: Exercise hours: Thursdays: 19, 26 February, 5, 12, 19, 26 March, 9, 16, 23, 30 April 2026, all days 8.00-11.00

Class 3: Exercise hours: Thursdays: 19, 26 February, 5, 12, 19, 26 March, 9, 16, 23, 30 April 2026, all days 11.00-14.00
