Aim and content

How to apply
PhD students enrolled at the Faculty of Health and Medical Sciences at UCPH must apply here

All others must apply by e-mail to the Symposium secretary Anne Mette Fisker Hag, annemf@sund.ku.dk

Learning objectives
A student who has met the objectives of the course will be able to:

1. Critically discuss aspects of medical and molecular imaging
2. Identify the proper molecular imaging modality for their own research
3. Discuss and reflect on their own and other PhD students’ work

Content
Besides lecturers and discussions about chosen topics to achieve the learning objectives, the symposium will give PhD students in the field of molecular imaging the opportunity to network across hospitals and departments. Experienced researchers will present different topics and be available for discussion of the single student’s project: the results, the planning of the experiment, what could have been done to improve it and how to avoid pitfalls.

Participants
PhD-students and other researchers with interest in the topic. No special qualifications are required.

Relevance to graduate programmes
The course is relevant to PhD students from the following graduate programmes at the Graduate School of Health and Medical Sciences, UCPH:
