Stress was a well-known issue before COVID-19, but the major disruption have introduced even stronger needs to talk about well-being and coping. This workshop will focus on basic needs, tools and understandings in the light of the situation for PhD students: Does desperate times calls for desperate measures, or can we rely on an combination of a classic approach and creative arrangements? The goal is to share knowledge and bring it into play. The workshop will be partly communication and group discussions. You will also receive ‘hands on’-tools on how you can reduce stress and increase well-being.
