Aim and content This is a generic course. This means that the course is reserved for PhD students at the Graduate School of Health and Medical Sciences at UCPH. Anyone can apply for the course, but if you are not a PhD student at the Graduate School, you will be placed on the waiting list until enrollment deadline. After the enrolment deadline, available seats will be allocated to the waiting list. The course is free of charge for PhD students at Danish universities (except Copenhagen Business School), and for PhD students at graduate schools in the other Nordic countries. All other participants must pay the course fee. Learning objectives Formålet med kurset er at gøre studerende fortrolig med at: 1. Planlægge et klinisk forsøg/projekt 2. Identificere og beskrive interessenter 3. Kende anvendelige projekt styringsredskaber 4. Kommunikere klart omkring projektets mål og de forventninger der er til organisationen 5. Kende metoder til afslutning og evaluering af projekt Content Kursusprogram Dag 1: Præsentationsrunde Introduktion til kurset Om projekter og projektarbejde - Hvad er et projekt? Hvordan opstår ideen til et projekt? - Perspektiver på projektledelse - Øvelse Projekt opstart - Projektgrupper – invitation af interessenter.
