How to log in as course provider
You can get a complete overview of the courses for which you are registered as contact person or course organiser. You can also get an overview of participants, their contact information, and a mailing list.

How to log in
If you are registered as contact person or course organiser for courses in the course catalogue, you are already registered as a user. Follow these directions to log in:

1. If you have a KU-ID then use the login option called "Login for PhD students at UCPH". Login using your KU-ID and password. 
2. If you don't have a KU-ID then use the login option called “Login for others”. Enter your e-mail address in the "Username" -field, and your password. If you do not know or cannot remember your password, click “Forgot password”. Start from step 2 with a new password.
3. When logged in:
   • Go to “My pages” in the top left-hand corner.
   • Go to “Show ups” in the drop-down menu.
   • If you are a course organiser, go to “Instructor”-tab to manage your course(s).
   • If you are a contact person, go to “Contact person”-tab to manage your course(s).

• Get an overview of the course participants by clicking on the number under the heading “Attendees”.
• Download the list of participants by clicking on the Excel-logo in the right corner.

Important note
Please do not change the status of participants registered on courses. This feature is available, but is reserved for the Graduate School. This is to ensure that the inter-university agreement on the open market is observed.
