How to log-on to the course system

PhD students at UCPH
If you are a PhD student at the University of Copenhagen, please follow these directions to log in:

• Click on the link “Login for PhD students at UCPH” at the top right-hand corner.
• Enter your UCPH Username (KU ID)(ex. Abc123) and your password.

It is important that you use the same KU ID as to PhD Planner so the courses will be transferred correctly to your PhD planner profile!

Applicants not enrolled as PhD students at UCPH 

If you are not enrolled as PhD student at the University of Copenhagen, you will be registered as a user, when you sign-up for your first course through the course catalogue.

If you have been enrolled in one of our courses previously, you are already registered as a user, and can log in as follows:

• Click on the link “Login for others” at the top right-hand corner.
• Enter your e-mail in the field "Username", and your password. If you don’t know or remember your password, use the “Forgot password”-function at the bottom of the page.
