Media School for Ph.D. Students in Health and Medical Sciences
The Media School is an intensive three-day training program tailored for Ph.D. students and early-career researchers in health and medical sciences. It offers a unique opportunity to explore how research, communication, and media can work hand in hand without compromising scientific integrity.
In today’s post-factual society, it is often the loudest voices that dominate public debate, rather than those with the deepest knowledge. The rise of fake news has only made it harder for decision-makers and citizens to navigate complex health issues.
Simply put, the world needs researchers more than ever!
At the Media School, the Ph.D. students will learn how to translate their research into clear and engaging communication that everyone can understand. They will also develop the skills to speak up and share their work with confidence - an essential advantage for any health and medical scientist working in a modern communication landscape.
Participants
The course aims at PhD students in health and medical sciences who have completed minimum 1 year of study.
