You have received your KU username and password

Always use your KU username when you apply for a course. First time you want to apply for a course:

• Find the course you are interested in and click 'Apply'
• Enter your UCPH username and then click “Next” and fill in the application form.

Next time you want to apply for a course you will need to start by clicking on the link ’Login for PhD students at UCPH’ at the top right-hand corner using your UCPH-ID (abc123) and your password and then you can apply.

You have not received KU username and password

• Find the course you are interested in and click "Apply".
• Enter your email and then Click “Next” and fill in the application form.

Your email will become your username. Always use the same email address when you apply for courses. Next time you want to apply for a course you will need to start by clicking on the link ’Login for others’ at the top right-hand corner using your UCPH-ID (abc123) and your password and then you can apply.

When you receive you UCPH username please contact the Graduate School to ensure your profile is connected to your UCPH username. From this point you must use your UCPH username when you apply for courses.

When you apply you will be asked for your invoice details. This is only to ensure payment regarding our cancelation policy. Ask your place of employment to get the payment information you need.
